Barry Fulton, a distinguished professional, recently retired as an Elite Broker from St. James Properties LLC, completing a successful career in the real estate industry. A second-generation real estate professional, Barry obtained his license in 1978, inheriting invaluable insights from his realtor parents, laying the foundation for his lifelong passion. After completing his college education, Barry embarked on a dynamic journey, spending 20 years in diverse sales and marketing management roles for a prominent technology company catering to Fortune 500 clients. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish his own Fin/Tech company, achieving a decade of substantial growth before successfully selling the firm. Returning to his first love, real estate, Barry joined forces with his wife, Debi, a seasoned professional in the field.
Barry's vision extends beyond individual success; he aspires to leverage his knowledge and expertise to contribute to community workforce housing development and advocacy. With a focus on scaling transitional housing projects and advocating for workforce housing countywide, Barry aims to foster collaborative relationships with developers, landowners, municipalities and other stakeholders, aiming to broaden access to housing opportunities for all.
Barry is an alumnus of the University of California, where he earned a degree in economics. He holds an MBA from Pepperdine University.
arry Fulton is a second-generation real estate professional who now works locally for St. James Properties LLC as an Elite Broker in St. James Plantation. Licensed in 1978, he learned the profession from his parents before heading off to college. After graduation, he worked for 20 years in sales and marketing for a financial/technology company serving Fortune 500 clients. He then went on to form his own Fin/Tech company. After 10 years of growth, he sold it and re-entered the real estate business and what he calls his first passion. He teamed up with is wife, Debi, in 2012, also in the real estate business.
“I hope to direct my knowledge and expertise in the housing market to help scale our transitional housing projects and offerings to our community. One focus will be to explore collaboration opportunities with community developers, landowners, municipalities and other stakeholders in scaling affordable housing access,” he said.
Barry graduated from the University of California with an economics degree and earned his MBA from Pepperdine University.
